Being in nature uplifts my spirit and brings peace to my mind. My joy comes from exploring and photographing nature with my husband, Eric. My hope is that when others see my images they connect with nature and feel a similar sense of awe and peace.

“We were photographing the wild horses of Onaqui Mountain in Utah. Listening to the thunder of hooves, our senses were stimulated in all directions to capture one exciting moment after the next. It was like being in a dream. The sunset was particularly saturated and vibrant. The magic continued as a mare and her foal moved across my field of view with the sun setting behind them. Soon the entire herd followed, reaching a crescendo as they moved across the rugged desert plain. The dust covered the land like a blanket and blended with the colors of the sky. I had a front row seat; it was the most magical photographic moment of my life – so far.”
