Seascape Photography

My go-to place to photograph is the ocean at sunrise. I am fortunate to live near the beach and most mornings you will find us there with our cameras and two rescue dogs, Hiro and Rocky.

Sunrise Beauty 

I love photographing the sunrise, the colors and atmosphere captivate me. Sunrise light looks incredible, it’s soft, it’s warm and changes minute to minute. Combine the light of a new day with clouds and a low tide; that is the perfect recipe for magical imagery.

I enjoy ethereal and surreal images, so I start shooting before the sunrise for a dramatic effect. I use a wide-angle lens to capture as much for the sky and seascape as possible. I am happy when the images have an abstract quality.
